Shipping Information

Royal Waliyah is located in The Netherlands, but offers worldwide shipping. We give you the guarantee your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours after your order is placed. If your order needs verification of payment (for example if incomplete address information has been entered), it can delay the processing of your order.

Domestic shipping (The Netherlands)
When ordering 1-2 products we send your order as "Brievenbuspakje". If you order 3 products or more, we charge the shipping costs for "Pakket".

International shipping

Europe area 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden
Rest of Europe: All other European countries

* Free shipping is an extra service we offer and not standard. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the “Free shipping” option. Whatever shipping option you choose, it can not be undone.

Please note:
– We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery or packages delayed by the carrier.
– If you haven’t received your package within the estimated days of delivery, please contact us. A case on a missing package can only be opened by PostNL within 30 business days after shipping.
– All custom duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, they are not included in the order total.
– All international shipments are shipped insured. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us and we will contact the carrier right away.
